Can I get admission in VIPS for Bjmc with 265 rank in ipu cet and I am also an outside delhi candidate ?

The second round of cut off for VIPS for 2019 for outside Delhi candidates (General) went up to 263. As the cut offs change every year you can wait for the cut offs for this year to come out and there are chances you might be able to get admission in VIPS, Delhi.
