can I get admission in vips or agrasen with rank 4458 in bba 2020

Hello there, hope you are doing good!
I would like to tell you that as the previous year cut off for general category for VIPS went to 2598 for the evening shift and 3730 for Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology, it is a bit difficult for you to get admission with your rank. As the cut off for different categories varies, I am attaching a link where you can find all the cut offs -
