I assume this is your NEET score, and based on previous year cutoffs a safe minimum score would be 480-500+ for unreserved category candidates. This may vary based on the basis of availability of seats and number of applicants .So your chances for government seat is a little low especially under AIQ but you may have better chance under state counselling . Apart from NEET there will be state level examinations like MHT CET,WBJEE,AP EAMCET etc,so based on the state you want to apply in you may search for the respective exams.Now it is difficult to list out all the veterinary colleges in India so below are some top colleges for veterinary.
