But with the score to get a seat in government medical college in difficult especially if you belong to general category.
But you can try some private medical college under management quota seat.

In gujarat , you will not able to get admission in mbbs at this score even in private according 1st round. Bt you can get admission in bds.

At least at this score you can't get government MBBS!/BDS through state as well as all india councelling(if you belongs to general category)
