I don't have above 75 % in my boards exam. But from this year only HBTI is giving admission on basis of JEE . So how can you say with so much confidence.

If you are not fulfilling eligibility criteria that is 75% marks in your boards exam or you are not in top 20 percentile then you are not eligible to take admission in NITs, IIITs and GFTIs.
