Hi Sibalik,
As you didnt attend the JEE Mains it will not possible to get admission into MIT, Bishnupur in BE/BTech ,because as you passed WBCHSE it is valid for only West Bengal College. If you have to get admission into MIT, Bishnupur either you have to attend JEE Mains or respective state entrance exam(Chennai) .
