Hope by NTC category you ask to mean nt3 category
You will not get any government BAMS college at this much low marks. Cut off for govt college of BAMS in nt3 category was 455 marks.
You may try for deemed university BAMS college like dy Patil or Bhartiya Vidyapeeth at your marks in all india Ayush counselling.
You can use NEET UG college predictor tool for knowing your chances in MBBS BDS and Ayush college at your expected marks
