Dear Aspirant,
Through MHTCET PCM group you will be able to get admission in all the government and private engineering colleges of Maharashtra. If you are willing to take admission in IIIT pune then you need to get good marks in JEE Main. Admission to IIIT's is totally based on your JEE Main score. Through MHTCET score you can not get admission in IIIT Pune.

The admission to all nits or iiits or gftis or iiest is purely given in jee mains marks or ranks.
Iiit pune is one of the good colleges in India, that accepts only jee mains score or rank for giving admission in btech courses. It doesn't accept mhtcet scores.
For securing a seat in iiit pune your jee mains rank must be very good.

Aa my son got 99 percentile in MHTCET but it is misguiding that the IIIT Pune is purely based on JEE only but it is not the case.
