Hello aspirant!
I am sorry to say but with a score of 274 in NEET UG 2019, you will not be able to get an admission in any government or private college, even by defense defense quota. You should drop a year and appear in the examination again next year if you're determined to get a seat in medical college. I wish you all the very best!
