Congratulations for scoring so well in IPU CET!
IPU is one of the best colleges with very high cut offs. Even for SC/ST/OBC the cut offs are indeed high.
Comparing your rank with previous year's merit list it can be said that your chances are quite high. You can get admission in IPU. Although the cut offs may vary slightly this year, based on the difficulty level of the exam this year, total number of candidates who appeared for the exam, total number of candidates applying for the course, etc.
