If we consider previous year cut off then the chances are less to get admission in MBBS even if you belong from sc category also. That's why it would be tough to say that you will get seat but as ypu know cut off used to change every year due to various factors . According to your marks getting government medical College even from state level is difficult. You can wait till the mop up round because as the cut off goes higher every year it is difficult to say that you will get the government college.
Generally in SC category in most of the state level councelling the cut off was 450+ marks

Yes you have very decent chances of getting admission in government colleges for MBBS. Minimum marks required for SC category are 40 percentile means around 110 marks and you have score very good marks as compared to them.
