Hello,

You have not mentioned your category. Anyways, with 66% marks in class 12th your chances of getting B.Com programme or Hons in any college of University of Delhi are negligible as cutoffs are usually higher.

However if luck favours you might get lower ranked off campus colleges in special round cutoffs which will be announced in August end.

It will be better to keep some other university as backup.

Hello dear candidate.

With a result of 66% in 12th Board examination you are eligible for applying for the course of BCOM in DU university. I hope you get admission into the college you wish for.

I wish you luck for your future endeavors.

All the best !

Hope this helps.
