But if we see the previous year trends, 95 percentile should be equivalent to Common Rank List Rank 44,522.
And as per your criteria, you belong to OBC and outside Delhi as well, then previous year cutoffs of IGDTUW are as follows:
All ranks are closing rank and of 7th round.
So according to previous year trends, if we figure out, you could slightly miss the CSE branch, but you could get IT Branch or ECE branch easily in IGDTUW.
