Yes You can get admission in Delhi university North campus.The criteria for admission is also based on sports quota, It means if you have played national or international in any field then you can apply certificate also.
BA political science and BA history hons are most popular courses in delhi university.For better understanding I will suggest you to visit the official site of the colleges that you want to take and check the cut-off of the colleges.
