If you are asking about admission to MBA course, CAT is the National level Entrance exam and is conducted for admission to IIMs and many other top B-Schools.
Apart from CAT, various other entrance exams are also conducted for admission to MBA like
Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MAHA CET)
Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT)
Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP)
Management Aptitude Test (MAT)
So, if not CAT you can take admission on the basis of other entrance tests.

Hello Aspirant,
If you have completed your 12th and pass in all the subjects then you can enroll yourself with ICAI and first you have to clear the CPT exam.

But I'm now in Last year of B.com and I want get MBA Degree then what I do ?
You can do both at the same time.It would be very difficult.You will have to choose either one of them.
