Can i get admn in University of Hyderabad if I get 50 % in my UG

According to eligibility criteria

Cutoff for mtech is

Candidates must have a bachelors degree with a minimum of 60% marks with Mathematics or Statistics as one of the main subjects or 55% aggregate in BA/ B.Sc (Hons.) in Statistics or Mathematics



For ma is

A bachelors degree is mandatory with minimum 50% of marks in aggregate for specializations such as English, Philosophy, Telugu, History, Sociology, Anthropology, Economics Comparative Literature, Urdu, Political Science, and Applied Linguistics.



For M.Phil applicants must have a masters degree in relevant subject with minimum 55% in aggregate.



Ph.D. applicants must have 60 % aggregate in masters and the university will conduct the interviews for the same and will also consider JRF qualification.

50% is a very low score for any stream in Univ if Hyderabad.

Although if you are a SC or ST candidate, you can get admission with this score .

Moreover the cutoffs also depends on your stream. Please mention your stream to be more specific.
