K Ramyasri Top scorers (uptill specific rank), will come under first round. The seats left vacant will be carried to the next round.

As per in your case, your rank comes under round 1 in many colleges according to 2019 TS EAMCET. If this is true in 2020 also, then you have high chances of getting your desired college in round 1 (which means you'll have less competition - when round increases, chances of losing top colleges are high). So, to get top colleges, you must score good marks secure a descent rank which might fall in the first round itself.
