Since al ameen medical College is located in the state of Karnataka and your domicile is for the state west Bengal so, in order to grab a seat there you need to apply for all India 15% quota counseling for deemed and private universities .
As the merit this year is very high it will be very difficult task for you to get a all India level seat even in private college considering that your score is below the mark of 500.
Hence your chances are rarest to rare.
