Currently there is no way other than cracking the need for AIIMS or jipmer entrance examinations of getting admission to medical undergraduate courses and need of the other and also provide you access to other undergraduate paramedical courses including BDS for dental as well as B A m s and BHMS courses for Ayush practitioner as well as BSc courses for veterinary surgeons so unless you qualify with a good marks in xcode which is definitely was the cut off and not only that but much beyond as required for the institute you want to get admitted into you are not eligible for getting admission into any e medical and dental college within outside India as per the latest guidelines

No, you cannot get admission without NEET in this college.

NEET is an entrance exam for admission into MBBS, BDS as well as AYUSH courses.

AYUSH stands for Ayurvedic, Yoga, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy.

For getting admission into any of the above courses in any medical college, except AIIMS and JIPMER, you  must need to appear for NEET and qualify it as well.
