Hey,
You haven't mention the exam in which you got this rank. But since you mentioned agriculture college, I am assuming you are talking about ICAR UG 2020. Based on previous year cut off, you cannot get B.Sc. Agriculture through All India Counselling for ICAR UG 2020. The last in UR category to get an agriculture college was 6148 in 2019.
