However you have fair chances in getting alloted in one of the top State or Government Medical Institutes in your State, having home state advantage. I am sorry to say that based on previous years trend, with All India Rank 43.032 and SC Rank 1086 in NEET 2020, you will not get any of the AIIMS Colleges for MBBS.
