can i get any branch in NIT RKL with an obc category rank of 2 lakhs? my home state is Odisha.

It is difficult to get admission in NITs with a rank of 2lakh in jee mains 2020. But you can try for GFTIS or state government autonomous engineering institute. For which you should appear for the JoSSA councelling and other states councelling.
