Hello,
As you have mentioned that your ICAR UG rank is 12167 and your obc category rank is 5882 which indeed is somewhat high... Moreover, you have 261 marks which are not that bad.. But let me tell you that the cutoff for agriculture and forestry goes somewhat lower(rank wise). And nowadays competition is very high and the number of seats are extended with only few seats.. So, its becomes very difficult for you to fetch a seat for agriculture or forestry...
But as you fall under obc category, beacuse of which you hold somr chances of getting a government seat or a government college for these courses in the further rounds of Counseling..
