can i get any college under wbjee if i scored 20 marks and i am from other state

Bro are you kidding. First of all of your rank is under 1000 then you cannot get good college and branch if you are from other state qouta. Then how can you ask this . Try hard and compete , you can score well and get good college if rank is under 1000.
But you may get private college based on wbjee ranks

There are about 113 College participating in WBJEE.Also with a marks of 20 your expected rank will be around 11k.And with this rank the chance of getting decent college is good.
