Since You haven't mentioned any category then I shall consider you general,  There isn't any chance of getting college in Josaa with this percentile if youbwere SC or St you could have made it to an average nit or lower nit but being general you don't get a chance.

Dear Aspirant

Although your mark seems to be descent and you thought it to be a nice percentile but I feel sorry to inform you that based on your percentile,no of seat in IITs, NITs, IIITs and previous year trends and cut off it is going to be very difficult for you to get a seat in this college. However I will suggest you that you must participate in special round counselling. There may be   some chances for your admission.
