Hello,
Yes you will get seat in one of the new NITs with that rank and with your category. But you have to wait till last phase of counselling to get better NITs and even you can get IIITs. Some local universities also give seat based on JEE mains rank and boards marks. So I suggest you to attend for counselling and be patient till you get alloted with seat. Its better to pursue graduation in NITs and IIITs than in local colleges

No you won't get IIT, what I mean to say is you will get IIITs but not NITs.
