You haven't mentioned your state and category but considering you as a general candidate, under All India Quota, you cannot get CSE in a Delhi college.

Hello aspirant, to take admission in the good government college you should have general rank below 35k and if you belong tk any reservation quota then with above one lakh rank you might get a seat but might not get CSE.
