can I get any dual degree in bits hyd or Goa or pilani campus with 143 marks in bitsat till last round and spot round?? please help me I am lost I got only 75 percentile in mains and 91 in boards pleased suggest me some colleges for cse please

Hope you are doing good.
So as per your query, No first of all it is not possible to do dual degree with just 143 Mark's. It's really difficult. Also, only to do a course in BITS Pilani, one need to get more than 200 Mark's, that too if one has reservation then it might be possible.
Secondly, as your score in mains is not that good, it will be better for you if you opt for any of the private colleges which are accepting the Jee Mains score, because you are even having more percentage in Board exams that is 91%. Therefore, the universities like LPU University, SatyaBhama university, Ramaiah College, VIT Bangalore etc.,.
