You have scored very low.You won't get any college on the basis of your JEE mains.
There are approx 35k seats available at NIT ,IIITs and GFTIs and alone GFTIs have approx 2000 seats.So its quiet impossible for you to get that.
You can get private college only.
Take a drop prepare well and try to score good marks as well as rank.
