can i get any good nit or iiit (cse,ece, eee) if my rank in jee main is 41365 in csab rounds (general category)

According to your rank you don't have minimum chance to get seat in any top iit's.
Your rank is too high than cutoff rank.
IIIT'S cutoff is 15,000 to 20,000
NIT's cutoff is up to 10,000.
If your rank is less than 20,000 you would get a seat in iit.
Better to choose other top universities other than IIIT's and NIT's.

From experience I can say that answer to that question, is unfortunately NO. With General Category, you will not get admission in any good/popular NIT or IIIT in CSE, ECE or EEE. However, you can get into some good GFTIs.
