Hello aspirant,

As the cutoff depends on various factors like ,
  • No. Of students appeared
  • Seats availability
  • Difficulty of exam

On the basis of previous years data you have to score atleast 540 marks to get a government medical college.

In NEET 2019 the closing marks for goverment medical college was 460. As it is a general trend that every year cutoff increases.
