Hey dear, you must be asking about neet exam  score and for medical govt. College. I want to tell you that yes, with this score you will definitely get a good mbbs govt. Seat in india through all india quota even if you belong to general category. For mbbs the cutoff for a general category student is almost above 530 marks. So your score is very good as compared to this, for more information regarding marks and ranks refer to this link:

You can use college predictor also through this link:

Dear aspirant

At first congratulations for your result. You have not mentioned name of the  entrance exam in which you got that marks. However considering it NEET UG I am teling you that your chances are very high . You have not mentioned your category either, so I am considering you as an general category student .Despite of that with your marks you can get a lot government colleges through all India counselling. In case of  state counselling different states have different cut off trends. You have not mentioned you state but your score you can get easily government medical colleges in any state. Your chances in state counselling is better than All India counselling.

However you can further check your chances by our link.

Hello Aspirant,

As you have not mentioned for what exam are you talking about so it is litte bit difficult to guide you with an accurate information but however considering your profile your= are an engineering aspirant so ou might be talking about NEET exam. So considering your profile and as a general category candidate because you have not mentioned your category.

See it is a little bit difficult to guide you with the exact name of colleges in which you can get seat because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

But although according to the marks you have mentioned in the question you have chances of getting into some Government Medical Colleges accoeding to previous year's cut-offs.

To have a list of those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor:-

I hope this information helps you.

Good Luck!!
