Hello Anshu,
According to the mentioned data by you, your general overall rank would be around 220000 for which there are absolutely no chances that you will get an IIIT. But your OBC rank could fetch you an IIIT. Or maybe a lower branch at some IIIT.
I used the below-mentioned link to predict your rank.
https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-rank-predictor
Use the below link to find out the year wise cut-off each IIIT.
https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff-for-top-iiits
As you can see the closing rank for last IIIT goes around 30,000(gen), so I would say the chances are very less. You should focus on your other exams. Or you may think about taking a drop, in case you really want an IIT/ NIT/ IIIT.
You may consider other Institutes such as:
BITS, Pilani, Rajasthan, Goa, Hyderabad.
BMS, Bangalore

Hope this helps.

Hey Anshu,
Your chances of getting the IIIT from 80 percentile score in JEE Mains is very low. If you want a seat through obc category then you may get a GFTI but the chances that you get a IIIT is very low. I will suggest you to take a year drop and prepare well if you want a good IIIT.
Good luck !
