As this is your category rank so I can simply say that it's not sufficient to assure you that you will certainly get it.

But yes still there are some chances of getting it so I suggest you to go for it but be ready with certain back up plan like also select gfti and some good private colleges.

First of all Congratulating you on your nice performance and I would like to tell you that based on your rank in obc category it is very difficult for you to get a seat in government college like nits or IIITs but I would suggest you to must participate in spot round counselling conducted at the end. There is chance that you may grab any government college seat.
