I Think i can answer this question with my experience
First of all its a huge rank so with that rank i think you won’t get a NIT seat in that OBCcategory , but never give up u can go for the counselling process by chance if it comes its all about u r luck If it doesn’t comes no problem u can appear for the JEEexamination in the next year with full preparation
