Hello vikas,
You can get iits if you wait till last round of counselling. Chances are pretty high that you'll get an iit because in 129 marks you will get a rank in top 15000 . You can get branches like ceramics in iit Kanpur, textile in iit delhi and branches like civil in new iits.
So wait till last round of josaa counselling

Hello student,
With a score of 129 in obc category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the IIT's when comparing the results of previous years. But, scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection
