With this rank, you won't be able to get CSE or any other branch in Indraprastha college. Also, you won't be able to get any other government B.Tech college in the country. It is better that you prepare again and give the exam next year. However, if can not give exam anymore, then you should go for some good private college like SRM, VIT, Amity, etc.
