Can i get any MBBS seat in Govt. college in bihar with 473 marks in EBC category? (EBC cutoff is 25-30 marks less than that of OBC)

hello dear,
there is no chance to get a govt. seat in Bihar with this rank because last year cutoff marks were 538 in OBC category.
