It is very difficult to determine cut off marks for any colleges in a state before exams beacuse it depends on sevral factors.
If you look at the trends of the cut off scores over the last 2 years, you'll understand that the cut off scores have only increased with time.
As you are a General Category Student, If you score 300 in the upcoming NEET exam 2018, you will have very little chance to secure a Medical College in West Bengal.
It is not so easy to predict your rank beacuse it is changing every year.
