Can I get any NIT, IIIT, GFTI, or any other good college by the sc rank 15363 in jee main? I am from UP.

As per your SC category rank in JEE Mains 2019, you are not likely to get a seat in any of the NITs, IIITs or GFTIs. The UP state quota can't help you with this rank to get a seat in the respective NIT of the state. I would suggest you to try for state government funded technical institutions or private institutions who conduct their own separate admission tests. Good Luck.
