It's actually very difficult to get any NIT in special round counselling with your rank. Though you can apply to,

  • The NIT in which you can apply with HS quota
  • NIT Patna
  • NIT Meghalaya
  • NIT Sikkim


Try to choose Civil, Mechanical, EEE, Electrical, Instrumentation. Please don't go for CSE, IT, ETC, EC etc.
