Can i get any nit with 64 percentile in sc category

This year the cuttoff for the SC is about 54 percentile and based upon that your percentile is 10 more higher. So coming to the point of NIT zone it might be harder but not impossible which might get vary depending upon the variation in cuttoff and try to the other State Government engineering Colleges as well .

No you cannot get admission in any NITs with the rank that you mentioned. However you can apply for some private engineering colleges which gives admission on the basis of the JEE main score. Check out the cutoff of the JEE main here
