The admission to NIT occur with consideration of JEE Mains rank. JoSAA is the authority that conduct these procedures. There is category wise rank list published for all institutes except for General category. But you should consider that EWS was introduced only this year. You may get NITs Agartala, Goa, Hamirpur, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Puducherry, Sikkhim, Arunachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand based on CRL last year. You can go for Home State (HS) or All India (AI) quota. You can wait till mock allotment to get an idea about the college you may get.

You have scored very good marks but unfortunately, at this rank, you will be getting very difficulty while taking admission in electrical engineering. You might get in electrical engineering in last round in very lower NITs but that will be of no use. It will be much better than you check and explore other colleges and choose the best one for you so that you can give the best framework for your future.
