yes u can get into one..but the streams will be limited .. by my calculations the only streams that you can get is biotech and metallurgy in some. you wont get core streams in any nit. some nits have good placements in such dept. do your research. i believe nit durgapur biotech is a good option.. it has a standard reputation ..and this year placement in biotech is better than prev year. even some NGO are coming and with good aptitude u will land a job in companies like mu sigma fortitude etc. so list your preferences and wait till the last spot round.. anything can happen.. best of luck....!!!
