Can I get any NLU of north india in the second list, with 1580 rank in general category of clat 2019 as i am not selected in first list ?

Hello
As our expected assumption you can hope for assam till 2nd list or hnlu till 2nd list because many of the students leave their seats for some other college and it gets upgraded or their are some vacant seats as well so you can also try for that.
So for now just hope for the best and keep your fingers crossed .
