Based on previous year cut-off, to attain a seat in a government college, a candidate is required to score a minimum of 450 marks in NEET. As you belong to reserved category therefore the SC/ST/OBC cut-off score was 146-113 .
Under 15% all india quota, you need to score more than 480 marks in neet to get seat. As you have got 93957 rank so you might not have a chance for getting the seat in government college but you can go for private colleges.

According to the previous year cutoff the approximate minimum rank needed for top private colleges was 60,000.This is because the closing ranks depends on the number of seats available and MP has less number of medical colleges . Since you have a rank around 90,000 you may attend the counselling but you may have to wait for your chance , based on vacant seats you may have an option if you are lucky. You may try other states like banglore or mumbai which offers seats for ranks between 1 -2 lakhs.
