i have pursued English honours and i didn't choose particular universities for admission i am free to be a student of Any university

Dear Aniruddha, IELTS is an exam that tests your Language Profiiency in English to check your basic understanding and compatibility to study and live in a Native English speaking country. This is not an entrance examination or a scholarship examination. This has got nothing to do with your life in a foreign country. So unfirtunately IELTS cannot help you get an accomodation and cover your living expenses. For that you need to check the scholarships of that particular country you want to pursue your studies in.

There is no scholarship for living and accommodation expenses.  if possible from the college merit scholarship is available for the merit students who performed well.otherwise you have to work for salary these are  the alternative options for you
