No you can not apply offline. VIT doesn't entertain any OMR applicaitons in offline Mode.
For BCA/BSc Course has to be applied through online mode only. But after applying , the filled application form which is hard Copy must be sent to them along with necessary documents mentioned below.

There is no ENTRANCE EXAMS for B.Sc or BCA programmes. Admissions are completely based on the performance of a student in their qualifying examination which is 10+2 exams. The 10+2 must be done in the Recognized board of India.

Online application is available from march 2019. It will be open till June 2019. Applications are open now. Since there is no entracne examination , the selection is completely based on the qualifying examination marks, whihc is merit based. Based on the merit list, the selected candidates will be called for counselling. Also , the admissions will be based on cut off fixed onmerit list as well as hte number of seats available.

PROCEDURE

Enter into the new applicant page and register yourself with the required information. Verify the same using password from MAil id and Mobile number. Fill the application form online with all necesary details and pay the applicaiton fees, which is 500. this cost is non refundable. You can pay only through any of these online payment methods - NEt banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Paytm method. Attach your photo and signature in the application form.

After this you need to enclose the required documents and send the printed hard copy of application to adress of Director - UG admissions , Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore -632014, Tamil nadu , India.
THis is a mandatory step. After payinga nd completing the application form, you need to send that along with the enclosed documents to the above adress. It should be done within the due date. Necessary Documents include-

• Copy of Age Proof Certificate
• Copy of class XII Hall ticket.
• Copy of class XII marks statement or website result copy.
• copy of community certificate (For SC/ST)
• Copy of nativity Certificate (For candidates of JAmmu and KAshmir, as well as north eastern states. )

These are the necessary documents to be enclosed along with the hard copy of application form.

Eligibility : Candidate must have passed any stream with mathematics as core subject and a minimum of 70% aggregate from a recognized state or CBSE board.

Results of the selected candidates willbe bpublished in their website itself. Once you click on hte second link ,you will be redirected to admissions page.
