In order to know your chances of getting into either RV or PES for architecture you can check the cut-off trends for the previous years. The cut-offs in these colleges vary according to your category. For example in RV School of Architecture the cut-off in the year 2017 in 1G category in Open qouta was 443. Sorry to say but the chances of admission are a bit rough as to according to previous year cutoffs you need to score a rank below 1000 to get a seat in architecture however we can't be absolutely sure about the cutoffs as they change every year and it also depends upon your category.
