As you haven't mentioned your category, I'm assuming it s general. With this score getting seat for BAMS or any medical course is difficult. As for BAMS, BHMS you need to score 450+ for safer side.
As top score is 720 this year cut off is very high
Cut off varies every year depending upon no of seats available, no of candidates appearing, last year's trends, difficulty level of exam and so on.
So now the only option is management quota or else you can go for Pharmacy, Bsc courses.
However if you have to do BAMS or other medicine course only then you can reappear next year and score good.
